Youkoso Stays is looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to manage digital marketing across our portfolio of hospitality properties in Chennai.

We are looking for someone who can personally visit our properties, create attractive content, manage our social media pages and run digital campaigns that generate room bookings, villa bookings, event enquiries and direct leads.

This is a hands-on role combining content creation, social media management, paid advertising and WhatsApp marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Instagram & Content Creation

- Regularly visit our properties and shoot good-quality photos and videos using a smartphone/camera.
- Create engaging Reels, Stories, posts and promotional content for each property.
- Edit short-form videos and photographs for social media.
- Write captions and create attractive promotional creatives.
- Manage and regularly update the Instagram and Facebook pages of Youkoso Stays and its individual properties.
- Maintain a monthly content calendar and ensure consistent posting.
- Identify trends, suitable music, formats and content ideas relevant to hospitality, travel and events.

Meta Advertising

- Boost suitable Instagram/Facebook posts and Reels.
- Create and manage Meta advertising campaigns.
- Target the right audiences for stays, staycations, celebrations, events and other property-specific requirements.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve targeting and creatives.
- Track enquiries and understand which campaigns are actually generating business.

Google Ads

- Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns for our properties.
- Monitor keywords, budgets, clicks, enquiries and conversions.
- Improve campaigns to generate more relevant enquiries and direct bookings while controlling advertising costs.

WhatsApp Marketing





- Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns to our customer database.
- Create attractive WhatsApp posters, offers and promotional messages.
- Develop campaigns for weekends, holidays, events, celebrations, new property launches and special offers.
- Maintain appropriate customer segments and avoid excessive or repetitive messaging.

Marketing & Performance

- Develop marketing ideas for each Youkoso property based on its individual positioning.
- Promote event venues and celebration packages in addition to accommodation.
- Support new property launches and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify new marketing opportunities.
- Provide a simple monthly report covering content performance, advertising spend, enquiries and conversions.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in digital marketing/social media management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience creating Reels and short-form video content.
- Good photography and videography skills using a smartphone.
- Knowledge of Canva and video-editing applications such as CapCut or similar tools.
- Good written English and ability to create attractive marketing copy.
- Creative eye for hospitality, travel, lifestyle and event-related content.
- Comfortable travelling regularly between our properties in Chennai for content creation.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the complete marketing cycle.

Hospitality, hotel, resort, villa or travel marketing experience will be an advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We don't want someone who only posts on social media.

We are looking for someone who can create the content, publish it, promote it, measure the results and improve it.

The ultimate objective of this role is to increase the visibility of Youkoso Stays and generate more direct enquiries, bookings and event leads through digital marketing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
