we are looking for a Senior Production Support / DevOps Engineer to support and operate enterprise Java-based platforms in close collaboration with development teams. This role focuses on application reliability, cloud operations, and observability, ensuring stable, secure, and performant systems across Azure environments.The position sits within the same delivery unit as Java developers, acting as a key link between development, cloud, and operations.Job DescriptionIn this role, you will:Provide production support for business-critical applications, ensuring availability,performance, and reliability.Work closely with Java development teams to support application troubleshooting,including log analysis and root cause investigation.Support and monitor REST APIs and distributed application components.Operate and support applications deployed on Azure Kubernetes (AKS).Manage and support cloud services on Microsoft Azure, including:Azure Cosmos DBAzure SQL ServerAzure Static Web AppsBlob StorageStatic Web AppsSupport Snowflake environments for data access and operational troubleshooting.Perform Unix/Linux operational tasks and environment-level troubleshooting.Execute and support DevOps processes, including deployments, releases, andenvironment validation.Implement and use monitoring and observability practices to proactively identifyincidents.Handle incidents, service requests,
