What you will do:

Own the React architecture for AJEMS (folder structure, state management, routing, component library, build pipeline), carry the same standards into client projects, set coding standards, review all PRs, mentor 4 junior developers daily, break the roadmap into independent tickets, own the Django/DRF backend, set up CI/CD and release process, plan the Angular migration with zero data loss.

Key Responsibilities :

Own the React architecture for AJEMS, including folder structure, state management, routing, component library and build pipeline.

Establish and implement engineering standards across client projects.

Define coding standards and ensure adherence to best practices.

Review pull requests and maintain code quality across projects.

Mentor and guide 4 junior developers on a daily basis.

Break product and development roadmaps into transparent, independent and actionable tickets.

Own the Django/DRF backend, including architecture, APIs and database design.





Design and implement scalable and secure backend systems.

Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release processes.

Plan and execute the Angular-to-React migration with a strong focus on zero data loss and system stability.

Identify and resolve complex technical issues through effective debugging and observability practices.

Establish a solid culture of documentation, testing, security and maintainable code.

Must Have Skills and Experience:

Strong experience with React and TypeScript.

Experience building and maintaining large-scale React applications.

Strong understanding of state management using React Query, Zustand or Redux Toolkit.

Experience with routing, component architecture and scalable frontend structures.

Strong full-stack development experience with Python/Node.js.

Hands-on experience with Django/DRF, FastAPI, NestJS or Express.

Strong understanding of asynchronous programming patterns.

Experience designing and developing REST/RPC APIs.

Experience implementing role-based authentication and authorization.

Robust knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL.

Experience designing multi-tenant data models.

Understanding of safe and reliable database/schema migrations.

Experience working with Redis and caching strategies.

Familiarity with WebSockets and SSE.





Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release management.

Experience with application debugging and observability.

Solid testing discipline and understanding of automated testing practices.

Good understanding of application security and secure development practices.

Ability to write clear and maintainable technical documentation.

Proven experience mentoring or leading developers.

Ability to review code, provide constructive feedback and maintain engineering standards.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to independently own technical initiatives from planning through deployment.

Good To Have :

Experience working on SaaS products.

Knowledge of OAuth and webhooks.

Experience with AWS or GCP.

Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.

Understanding of Figma and design systems.

Experience managing client delivery while simultaneously contributing to product development.
