Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Developer to contribute to the design and delivery of AI platform that powers clinical, regulatory, and enterprise decision-making workflows.

This role focuses on building agent-driven, production-grade AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent architectures, integrated within a scalable enterprise platform.

You will work closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and cross-functional developer to enable reusable AI capabilities, accelerate delivery across use cases, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and enterprise standards.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

1. Agentic AI Development for Enterprise Use Cases

Design and build agent-based AI solutions for:

Regulatory document generation & summarization

Knowledge assistants and decision support systems

Develop multi-step reasoning agents with tool integrations (APIs, databases, enterprise systems)

Implement RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge grounding

Integrate with AWS Bedrock models to ensure scalable and secure LLM usage

2. Platform Development & Reusability

Build reusable AI components/services within AI platform:

Prompt orchestration layers

Agent execution frameworks

Data connectors and ingestion pipelines

Contribute to platform standardization, ensuring:

Reusability across pods

Config-driven AI workflows

Modular architecture patterns

Support multi-tenant enterprise use cases

3. Backend Engineering (Python & FastAPI)

Develop scalable APIs using FastAPI to expose AI capabilities

Implement

Async processing for agent pipelines

Workflow orchestration and state management

Integration layers with enterprise data systems

4. Observability, Governance & Evaluation

Knowledge Langfuse-based observability:

LLM tracing

Prompt/version tracking

Agent execution monitoring

Knowledge evaluation frameworks for

Response quality

Hallucination mitigation

Model performance benchmarking

5. Full Stack Application Development





Develop enterprise-grade applications using:

React / Next.js

Enable seamless UX for business users (Regulatory, Clinical teams)

6. Cloud & Enterprise Integration (AWS)

Leverage AWS Bedrock for LLM provisioning and orchestration

Deploy services using

EKS / Lambda

API Gateway

Integrate with enterprise platforms

Data lakes, S3, Clinical systems

7. Architecture & Governance Alignment

Align solutions with

Enterprise Architecture standards

Security, scalability, and maintainability principles

Contribute to architecture decisions and design reviews

Ensure solutions are

Production-ready

Compliant and auditable

Scalable across multiple programs

Must-Have Skills

Strong Python engineering experience (7+ years)

8+ years of expertise in FastAPI / backend API development

8+ years of Experience building LLM/GenAI solutions in production

8+ years of experience Familiarity with AWS Bedrock or equivalent GenAI platforms

8+ years of Experience with Langfuse or LLM observability tools

Solid understanding of

RAG architectures

Vector databases (Pinecone, OpenSearch, FAISS)

Prompt engineering and evaluation

Experience with React / modern frontend frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Software Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer.

8+ years of Experience with Python document processing libraries (python-docx, PyPDF2, PyMuPDF

Knowledge of asynchronous programming in Python (asyncio)

8+ years of Experience in clinical, regulatory, or life sciences domains

Exposure to GxP-compliant system development

Familiarity with: LangChain, AutoGen

Knowledge of

Enterprise data integration

AI governance frameworks

Experience with Kubernetes, Docker
