EV Specific Design: Implement hydraulic coupling strategies for traction and working motors to increase overall machine efficiency by targeting peak motor efficiency zones.
5.
NPI Leadership: Drive the full Current Product Introduction (NPI) cycle from conceptual 3D modeling (Creo/SolidWorks) to prototype testing, validation,
and field trials in harsh mining environments.
- Reliability & Failure Analysis: Conduct DFMEA, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and more.
Requirements
Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering from a reputed institution. Experience: Minimum 8 years in heavy equipment hydraulic design (Excavators/Loaders) with a proven track record of successful product launches.
Software Proficiency: Highly Skilled
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of electro-hydraulic systems, CAN-bus communication,
and motor-pump integration.
Industry Context: Familiarity with the Indian construction equipment landscape and global sustainability trends.
