Key Responsibilities

- Collect, consolidate, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources.

- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports.

- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports.

- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reports.

- Analyze trends, variances, and performance gaps and provide actionable insights.

- Support management with data analysis and presentations.

- Identify manual reporting activities and implement automation solutions.

- Use Excel, Power Query, VBA, SQL, and Power Automate to improve reporting efficiency.

- Develop and maintain automated data transformation and reporting processes.

- Maintain data validation and quality checks.

Required Skills





- Advanced MS Excel skills.

- Knowledge of Power BI and SQL is an added advantage.

- Knowledge of Power Query and VBA is preferred.

- Solid analytical, data visualization, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources.

- Basic understanding of ETL and data transformation processes.

Experience

- 3 to 5 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- Experience in Excel-based reporting and data analysis.

- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and handling ad-hoc reporting requirements.
