Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler / AI Architect with solid expertise in AI-native architecture, GenAI, Data Lakes, SQL and Python. The candidate should have hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, Agentic AI frameworks and cloud-native AI services.

The role involves technical leadership, architecture design, research/POCs, client interaction, mentoring and solving complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement AI-native architectures, including RAG-based solutions, embeddings and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Work extensively with Data Lakes, SQL and Python for data and AI solutions.
- Develop and integrate GenAI solutions using cloud-native AI services such as AWS or Azure.
- Understand and work with LLM fine-tuning, response standardization and memory management.
- Build AI integrations and evaluate emerging AI technologies through POCs and applied research.
- Apply architecture principles across data, applications, infrastructure, security and business solution layers.
- Research requirements, assess technical feasibility, costs, benefits and functional requirements.
- Troubleshoot critical technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a small team of 2–4 members.
- Mentor team members and help build technical capabilities.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders, Project Leaders, business teams, vendors and clients.




- Manage multiple complex projects/initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in AI, GenAI, data and cloud technologies.

Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Data Architecture / Data Modeling / AI / GenAI
- Strong experience in AI / GenAI – MUST HAVE

Preferred / Domain Knowledge
- Knowledge of brokerage or financial services processes is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of project management concepts.
- Experience working in a matrix organization.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be a senior technical professional who combines Data Modeling/Architecture expertise with hands-on AI/GenAI experience, along with strong client-facing, leadership and problem-solving capabilities. Important: AI / GenAI experience is a mandatory requirement for this position.
