We are hiring a Senior Data Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Redshift, SQL, ETL/ELT and Data Warehouse Design.
You will be responsible for developing scalable data pipelines, cloud data warehouses and analytics-ready datasets while working with cross-functional and global IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain ETL/ELT data pipeline architecture.
- Build large-scale cloud data warehouses.
- Develop Fact and Dimension tables.
- Design Star Schema and Snowflake Schema models.
- Implement data ingestion, streaming, scheduling and job-monitoring workflows.
- Work with AWS Lambda, Glue, S3, Redshift and CodePipeline.
- Optimise large datasets and data pipelines.
- Work with PARQUET and SQL performance tuning.
- Build data tools supporting analytics and data science teams.
- Support data-related technical issues and infrastructure needs.
- Maintain data quality, consistency and privacy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Global IT teams.
Mandatory Qualifications
- 4+ years Data Engineering experience.
- 2+ recent years of AWS Data Engineering experience.
- Advanced SQL.
- Hands-on AWS Redshift.
- Strong Data Warehouse architecture experience.
- Fact/Dimension modelling.
- Star Schema and Snowflake Schema.
- ETL/ELT pipeline development.
- AWS Lambda, Glue, S3, Redshift and CodePipeline.
- Big Data pipeline optimisation.
- PARQUET and SQL performance tuning.
- GitHub and CI/CD.
- Root-cause analysis and strong analytical skills.
- Cross-functional/global stakeholder management.
- GDPR/data privacy awareness.
- Message queuing and stream-processing knowledge.
- Bachelor's/Master's in Technology or Computer Science.
Preferred Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Hybrid flexibility: WFH up to 6 days/month.
CTC: Inclusive of 20% variable.
