Lead technical design and delivery for data engineering squads.

Drive data modelling, ELT/streaming pipelines, performance and reliability.

Conduct code reviews and enforce testing, CI/CD and security standards.

Mentor engineers and promote best practices.

Collaborate with Architects, Product and PM teams.

Troubleshoot production issues and lead incident/post-mortem activities.

Maintain technical documentation, runbooks and reusable solutions.
