Position: Customer Support Executive / Senior Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

Shriram General Insurance is hiring motivated and customer-focused professionals for the role of Customer Support Executive / Sr. Customer Support Executive. The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, addressing queries and concerns, and delivering a positive customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide timely and effective resolutions. - Deliver professional customer support through appropriate communication channels. - Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and assistance. - Maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction. - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required. - Follow company processes, policies,



and service standards. - Maintain clear and qualified communication with customers.

Eligibility Criteria

- Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. - Candidates with 10+2 or a graduate qualification are eligible. - Strong communication skills in Hindi and English are required. - Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills. - Ability to work effectively in a customer service environment.
