We're looking for a Copy Strategist to own the creative output across multiple client accounts. This is more than a copywriting role—you'll lead strategy, ideation, execution, quality control, and mentorship while ensuring every piece of content aligns with brand voice and business goals. You'll work closely with design, performance marketing, and strategy teams across industries including fashion, lifestyle, aesthetics, D2C, and B2B.

Responsibilities:

Copy & Content:

- Write and review ad copy, social content, scripts, website copy, blogs, emailers, and campaign assets.
- Translate briefs into high-performing, insight-driven content.
- Ensure all content is error-free, on-brand, and delivered on time.
- Create SEO-friendly long-form content where required.

Brand & Creative Strategy:

- Maintain and evolve brand voice across all accounts.
- Develop copy guidelines and tone-of-voice documents.
- Proactively suggest fresh campaign ideas, content formats,



and storytelling approaches.

Coordination & Workflow:

- Collaborate with design, paid media, and strategy teams.
- Own the Material Requisition (MR) tracker, approvals, revisions, and version control.
- Maintain content calendars and streamline copy workflows using Google Workspace and Slack.

Leadership:

- Mentor junior writers through regular feedback.
- Build SOPs, quality checklists, and copy standards.
- Conduct creative reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements:

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or creative roles.
- Agency experience is mandatory. Excellent writing and editing skills across ads, social, websites, emailers, scripts, and long-form content.
- Experience mentoring writers and managing creative workflows.
- Strong understanding of SEO, performance marketing, and platform-specific copy.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, or similar tools. Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working remotely.

Valuable to Have:

- Experience with AI writing tools. D2C, fashion, lifestyle, or aesthetics brand experience.
- UX or website copywriting experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both creative campaigns and long-form content.
