Job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced Senior Content Writer to lead the development of high-quality content across product, technical, marketing, and corporate communication.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in creating and managing content across multiple platforms while maintaining high editorial standards and a consistent brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
- Plan and manage content calendars for websites, social media, campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Create product descriptions, specifications, technical content, and product documentation.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, warranties, cover letters, bids/tenders, and corporate communication.
- Create content for websites, blogs, social media, banners, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
- Review and proofread content for grammar, clarity, consistency, tone, and accuracy.
- Develop content guidelines, templates, and standard documentation formats.
- Research industry trends, competitors, products, and target audiences.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Design, SEO, and Leadership teams.
- Optimize content for SEO, visibility, engagement, and performance.
- Develop content for events, awards, invitations, and promotional campaigns.




- Track content performance and recommend improvements.
- Improve content workflows through SOPs, templates, and structured processes.
- Mentor junior writers and review their work to maintain content quality.

Requirements:-
- 5+ years of professional content writing experience.
- Experience in B2B, technical, manufacturing, technology, lighting/electrical, or similar industries is preferred.
- Excellent command of written English, grammar, editing, and proofreading.
- Solid experience in technical/product content and marketing communication.
- Ability to convert technical information into clear and engaging content.
- Experience with proposals, presentations, bids/tenders, and corporate documentation.
- Good understanding of SEO and digital content practices.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and editorial quality.
- Experience mentoring junior writers or managing content teams is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams while independently managing deliverables.
