Role Description The Content Writer is a full time role based in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement. The role involves conceptualizing, writing, and editing high-quality content for websites, social media, campaigns, and digital brand assets.

Key responsibilities include developing content plans aligned with brand strategy, researching industry trends and audiences, and creating clear, engaging copy that supports marketing and brand objectives.

The Content

Writer will work closely with designers, social media specialists, and account managers to maintain brand consistency and meet campaign goals.



The role also includes mentoring junior writers, maintaining editorial standards, and optimizing content for digital performance and engagement.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in content writing or editorial roles, preferably in digital media, advertising, or marketing.
- Strong web content and writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style across platforms.
- Experience in content strategy, planning, and aligning content with brand and campaign objectives.
- Robust research skills with an understanding of audiences, industry trends, competitors, and digital best practices.
- Excellent proofreading skills with strong attention to grammar, detail, and consistency.
- Good understanding of social media, digital marketing, and SEO-friendly content practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a creative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience mentoring writers and contributing to campaign ideation is an advantage.
