About the RoleWe are seeking two seasoned consultants to serve as our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for AI Transformation and Cultural Transformation engagements. The ideal candidates bring deep, recent hands-on experience driving large-scale change and are ready to partner with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AI Transformation and/or Cultural Transformation across our engagements.

- Lead transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Partner with client leadership to define transformation roadmaps, success metrics, and change management plans.
- Design and facilitate interventions that embed new ways of working across teams.
- Advise stakeholders on adoption, capability-building, and organizational readiness.
- Track outcomes and refine approaches to ensure sustained impact.





Required Qualifications• 15–20 years of professional experience, with a solid consulting or transformation track record.

- Demonstrated delivery of at least one AI Transformation or Cultural Transformation engagement within the past 12 months.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional change.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and program management skills.
- Based in (or willing to work from) Hyderabad or Bangalore.

Preferred• Experience across both AI and cultural/organizational transformation.

- Relevant certifications in change management, agile, or AI/data strategy.

Academic Preferences• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

- MBA or master’s degree from a reputed institution.
- Specialization or coursework in AI, data science, organizational behavior, or change management is an added advantage.
