LPU is seeking an accomplished Senior Construction Skilled with 15+ years of experience in construction management, project assessment, planning, estimation, billing, and project execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in evaluating construction projects, monitoring project progress, scrutinising contractor bills, and ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.

The position requires a technically strong professional capable of independently assessing project requirements, reviewing construction plans, validating measurements and bills, and coordinating with consultants, contractors, architects, and internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

- 15+ years of relevant construction/project experience
- Strong experience in Project Assessment & Planning
- Expertise in BOQ, Estimation,



Rate Analysis & Contractor Billing
- RA Bill / Measurement verification & cost control
- Experience in project monitoring, execution & contractor management
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, variations & claims
- Experience in large-scale institutional/infrastructure projects will be an advantage

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
- M.Tech / MBA / Project Management qualification will be an added advantage.
- Professional certifications in Project Management / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management will be desirable.
