Producer

Conference Director is responsible for producing and managing a portfolio of physical conferences organized by Excellent Minds Group. The role is based out of Bangalore, and includes developing the event concept and content, working closely with the project team to ensure the commerciality of the product, and successfully execute the event. Ideal candidates should have strong research, communication, project management and copy writing skills.

- Conducting industry-specific market research
- Conference content and copy development
- Developing conference program
- Speaker acquisition
- Leading the project team
- Developing partnerships with local and international government entities and industry organizations

Candidate Pre-Qualification Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education level
- Good communication and writing skills
- Ideal candidate would have experience in producing events in the Middle East
