Role Description The Senior Civil Engineer will oversee planning, design, and execution of civil works for residential, commercial, Industral, showrooms, hospitals and factories projects. This full-time, on-site role in Navi Mumbai includes leading project design reviews, preparing and validating engineering drawings, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with codes and standards.

The Senior Civil

Engineer will manage site inspections, monitor quality and progress,



and address technical issues related to structural elements and other civil components. The role also involves resource planning, supporting project scheduling and budgeting, and mentoring junior engineers and team to maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality construction practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Civil Engineering Design and core Civil Engineering principles.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Planning, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of civil works.
- Candidates should possess experience working as Civil Engineers on mid- to large-scale residential, commercial, Industral, showrooms, hospitals and factories.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience (typically 15+ years) in site execution, structural design coordination, and EPC or similar construction environments.
- Familiarity with relevant Indian building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, structural or civil design tools) and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams, manage multiple or Big project, and meet quality and timeline expectations.
