Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Site Engineer with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in building construction. The candidate should possess in-depth technical knowledge of civil engineering, strong site execution capabilities, and the ability to independently manage construction activities from structural works through finishing and handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage day-to-day building construction and site execution as per approved drawings, specifications and BOQ.
- Solid knowledge of RCC works, reinforcement, shuttering/formwork, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling and finishing works.
- Thoroughly study and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings and identify discrepancies before execution.
- Prepare/check BBS, quantity calculations, material requirements and work measurements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP engineers, government/departmental engineers, subcontractors and vendors.
- Plan manpower, materials, machinery and subcontractors to achieve the required construction schedule and milestones.
- Monitor subcontractor productivity and ensure proper quality of workmanship.
- Conduct regular quality checks for reinforcement, shuttering, concrete, masonry, plaster, flooring, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Ensure works comply with technical specifications, IS codes, approved drawings and quality standards.




- Check contractor/subcontractor measurements and assist in preparation of RA bills and quantity reconciliation.
- Maintain site records including daily progress reports, material consumption, measurements, inspection records and site documentation.
- Identify technical/site problems and provide practical engineering solutions without affecting quality or progress.
- Coordinate civil works with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting and other MEP services to avoid clashes and rework.
- Ensure proper site safety, housekeeping and construction discipline.
- Manage snag rectification, testing, finishing and final handover of completed buildings.

Required Skills & Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in building construction, preferably in large institutional, commercial, residential or government projects.
- Excellent and in-depth knowledge of civil construction methodology and building finishing works.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, BOQ, BBS and quantity estimation.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Project/other project-management software will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and site coordination skills.
- Candidate should be capable of independently handling a building project/site and managing site engineers, supervisors, contractors and labour teams.

Preferred Candidate: A technically strong and execution-oriented Civil Engineer with extensive site exposure who can take complete responsibility for quality, progress, coordination and timely completion of building works. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
