We are expanding our Mumbai leadership team and are looking for a conceptually strong Chartered Accountant with banking exposure and excellent communica¢on skills to take ownership of quality, process and delivery across our credit monitoring engagements¢

THE ROLE

As Vice President / Senior Manager Opera¢ons, you will lead the quality, consistency and eciency of our audit and credit monitoring deliverables¢ You will combine solid technical banking knowledge with hands-on team leadership reviewing work, standardising processes, mentoring auditors, and serving as a key point of coordina¢on between the delivery teams and the rms partners¢ The designa¢on (Vice President or Senior Manager) will be aligned to your years and depth of experience¢

We are looking for someone who understands or can quickly master the banking and credit-monitoring landscape in which we operate, including:

¢ Banking engagements the assignments and range of services we deliver to banks and nancial ins¢tu¢ons¢





¢ Process outsourcing outsourced processes such as Drawing Power (DP) calcula¢ons and related monitoring ac¢vi¢es¢

¢ Audit of borrowers verica¢on of nancials, securi¢es and end-use of funds¢

¢ Audit of banks concurrent, statutory and stock/credit audits and related banking assurance work¢

¢ Compliance management due diligence reports, SARFAESI-related repor¢ng, ROC lings and other regulatory obliga¢ons¢

¢ Loan agreement documenta¢on review and interpreta¢on of the banks loan and security documenta¢on¢

¢ CAAT func¢on apprecia¢on of Computer Assisted Audit Techniques (CAAT) and how technology strengthens audit coverage and quality¢

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

¢ 1. Audit Quality Control & Review Monitor and evaluate audit report quality across auditors; ensure adherence to standard report formats, working-paper checklists and documenta¢on requirements; iden¢fy gaps and recommend improvements¢

¢ 2. Error Analysis & Con¢nuous Improvement Conduct periodic error-review calls with auditors and checkers, analyse recurring errors to iden¢fy root causes, suggest correc¢ve ac¢ons and drive con¢nuous improvement in audit quality¢

¢ 3. Performance Review & Repor¢ng Prepare and share weekly summary reports covering auditor-wise report quality, format compliance and improvement sugges¢ons with auditors, managers and partners¢

¢ 4. Training & Knowledge Development Run regular knowledge-sharing sessions (Power Hour) on process updates, error reduc¢on and best prac¢ces, and guide auditors on applicable standards¢

¢ 5.



Process Standardisa¢on Review and improve audit report formats and documenta¢on checklists to ensure uniformity and consistency across all deliverables¢

¢ 6. Team Mentoring & Development Mentor auditors and checkers for skill enhancement and quality improvement, providing construc¢ve feedback and guidance¢

¢ 7. Coordina¢on with Management Work closely with partners and audit managers, providing insights on team performance, process gaps and improvement areas¢

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Qualied Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong ar¢cleship experience in audit, banking or a related domain¢

Conceptually strong, with a solid grasp of audit fundamentals, banking opera¢ons and compliance¢

Prior exposure to banking assignments, credit monitoring, concurrent/stock audit or borrower audit is strongly preferred¢

Excellent communica¢on skills able to explain, review and present clearly to auditors, managers, partners and bank stakeholders¢

A quality mindset with an eye for detail, process discipline and consistency¢

¢eadership ability comfortable reviewing work, mentoring teams and driving improvement¢

Willingness to work from our Mumbai oce, including working Saturdays as per rm prac¢ce¢

Compensa¢on: Rs¢ 10 Rs¢ 25 lakhs per annum, depending on candidate prole and experience¢
