Are you a results-driven Business Development skilled with a proven track record in B2B IT Services & products Sales? We're looking for a passionate individual who can drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and lead from the front.
Key Responsibilities
✅ End-to-end business development (Lead Generation to Deal Closure)
✅ International client acquisition and relationship management
✅ Prospecting, client meetings, proposal coordination & negotiations
✅ Achieving sales targets and growing the business pipeline
✅ Mentoring and guiding junior Business Development team members
✅ Maintaining CRM and providing market insights
Must-Have Skills
✔ 4–8 years of experience in selling IT Services & Products (Software Development, Cloud, AI, Digital Transformation, etc.) to international clients.
✔ Proven experience in outbound prospecting using LinkedIn, email campaigns,
and other lead generation channels.
✔ Experience selling to International clients (US/MENA preferred)
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Proven experience in handling the complete sales cycle
✔ Team handling/mentoring experience
✔ Experience with CRM tools
