Role Description The Senior Ayurveda Doctor will provide comprehensive, evidence-informed Ayurvedic consultations, conduct detailed assessments, and design personalized treatment plans aligned with HealthVadi’s program-based model. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing root causes of health concerns, recommending Panchkarma and other Ayurvedic therapies, prescribing diet and lifestyle corrections, and monitoring patient progress through structured follow-ups. The role involves close collaboration with wellness therapists, nutrition professionals, and care coordinators to ensure consistent,



system-driven care and a high-quality patient experience.

The Senior Ayurveda

Doctor will also contribute to clinical protocols, documentation, and continuous improvement of HealthVadi’s wellness programs. This is a full time, on-site role based at HealthVadi’s wellness center in Noida.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Ayurvedic medicine, including diagnosis (Nidana), treatment (Chikitsa), Panchkarma therapies, and individualized dosha-based planning.
- Demonstrated ability to design and manage structured wellness programs involving diet, lifestyle modification, and long-term health monitoring.
- Excellent patient consultation skills, including detailed case-taking, empathetic communication, and clear explanation of treatment plans.
- Experience working in a disciplined, protocol-driven clinical or wellness environment, with accurate record-keeping and follow-up processes.
- Capability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and align traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with modern health expectations and safety standards.
- BAMS or equivalent recognized Ayurvedic medical degree; postgraduate specialization in Ayurveda or Panchkarma is an advantage.
- Relevant clinical experience as an Ayurveda doctor, preferably in structured wellness centers or integrative healthcare setups.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi, along with basic digital skills for using electronic records and teleconsultation platforms.
- Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and promoting disciplined, sustainable health outcomes for patients.
