IN|KDN KRC|FRANCE|Senior – Non-FS - BLR Job details • Proposed designation Senior • Role type Individual Contributor/ Supervisory • If supervisory: – Review the work performed by the subordinates and coach them – Leading and managing a team of up to 4-5 people comprising of fresh and experienced graduates.

- Reporting to Assistant Manager or above • Geo to be supported France • Work timings 9:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Roles &

responsibilities • Monitoring work, managing and motivating the team to ensure deliverable meet necessary quality standards and agreed SLA’s.

- Sharing knowledge, mentoring and coaching the team members.
- Identification of issues/missing information and managing & tracking the open issues until resolved.
- Maintaining the data confidentiality and adherence to the risk management policy by the team members.
- Performance review of the team.
- Review of the team’s work and to provide timely feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance.
- Auditing complex sections of the financial statements of companies as per country specific statutory requirements • Apply innovative audit technology in the execution of the procedures. Educational qualifications • Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g. ICAI or ACCA)



• Work experience • 1–2-year post qualification experience with a Big 4 in a client facing environment working with corporate and/or international clients • Non-FS/Corporate client experience Mandatory technical & functional skills • Experience in external/internal audit & knowledge of UK/US GAAP, IFRS would be an added advantage • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word • Proficient book-keeping knowledge and experience Preferred technical & functional skills .
