Role Description The Senior Associate role is a full time, on-site position located in the Greater Delhi Area. The individual in this role will support daily operations related to building products, including coordinating with manufacturing, procurement, and sales teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of panels, drywall, steel framing, finishes, and wood-based products.

Responsibilities may include monitoring inventory levels, preparing and reviewing documentation, assisting with order processing, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems.

Associate will also work closely with internal stakeholders and partners to resolve operational issues, support process improvements, and contribute to customer service initiatives. This position requires consistent on-site collaboration and adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage operational tasks, documentation, and inventory.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in manufacturing, sales, and logistics.
- Proficiency with basic office software and data entry tools; experience with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.

- Solid communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of building materials or construction industry practices is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
