Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Audit & Accounts Executive who can independently manage audit assignments, finalisation of accounts, tax and GST compliances, and company registration/ROC filings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-driven and comfortable managing client deliverables with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Audit — Conduct statutory, tax and company audits in accordance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
- Accounting — Handle finalisation of accounts for clients across sectors.
- Taxation — Manage Income Tax and GST compliance work, including return filings and related documentation.
- Company Registration and Compliances — Handle ROC/MCA filings and related corporate compliance work.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification:



CA / CA Inter / B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in audit, accounting, taxation or compliance
- Ability to independently handle audit, accounts, taxation and compliance assignments
- Robust working knowledge of accounting standards, Income Tax and GST provisions, and Companies Act/ROC compliance requirements
- Good communication skills and ability to liaise directly with clients
