Job Title: Senior Associate International Voice Process (Afternoon Shift)

Job Overview We are hiring a Senior Associate for our International Voice Process in Hyderabad. This position requires candidates with 2 to 4 years of experience handling international customer interactions in a voice-based role at an MNC.

Job Details

- Role: Senior Associate International Voice Process
- Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years (Mandatory)
- Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid Work Model)
- Work Shift: Afternoon Shift
- Notice Period: 30 days or less (Immediate joiners preferred)
- Eligibility Note: Candidates with experience only in Chat, Email, or Non-Voice processes are strictly not eligible.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries for international markets via phone call.
- Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting standard SLA, AHT,



and Quality Assurance metrics.
- Resolve complex customer issues with transparent communication and a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client escalations effectively.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in an International Voice Process within an MNC environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working in an afternoon shift pattern.
- Location & Availability: Must be based in Hyderabad (or willing to relocate immediately) and capable of joining within 30 days.
