Role & responsibilities:

- Develop and manage internal and external communication content.

- Create engaging posters, PPTs, videos, emails and social media posts.

- Prepare newsletters, press releases, case studies, white papers and thought-leadership content.

- Develop targeted communication campaigns for specific audiences.

- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.

- Collaborate with marketing, creative and business teams.

- Collect and consolidate information/data from various teams.

- Support communication and engagement projects and ensure timely delivery.

- Promote products and services through effective communication.

- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Marketing Communications, Content Creation, or Employee Engagement.





- Strong skills in Creative Writing, Copywriting, Graphic Design, and Communication.

- Experience creating posters, PPTs, videos, emails, newsletters, social media posts, and other communication materials.

- Valuable understanding of employee engagement activities and communication campaigns.

- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

- Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

- Strategic Planning and Event Planning experience will be an added advantage.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications or a relevant discipline.
