Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Architect to lead architectural design and execution activities from concept development through project completion. The candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing drawings, coordinating with consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, and delivering projects within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, designs, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, hospitality, or other projects.
- Lead projects from initial concept and design development through execution and completion.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, working drawings, elevations, sections, and details.
- Develop plans and designs based on client requirements, project brief, site conditions, and budget.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior design, landscape, and other consultants.
- Conduct site visits and monitor architectural execution to ensure conformity with approved designs.
- Review shop drawings, material specifications, samples, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
- Identify design and execution issues and provide practical solutions.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes, regulations, approvals, and safety requirements.




- Participate in client meetings, presentations, design discussions, and project reviews.
- Manage design revisions and incorporate client/consultant feedback.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
- Review project documentation and maintain proper records of drawings and revisions.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and design team members.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency across all architectural deliverables.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Strong knowledge of architectural planning, detailing, materials, and construction processes.
- Experience in handling projects independently from concept to execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and approval processes.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical detailing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid project management and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
