- Strong experience in spectroscopy, customer application support, and solution consulting.
- Experience in product qualification, technical training, and customer engagement.
- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Sales and R&D; teams.
- Understand customer application needs and recommend the best product configuration.
- Act as a trusted advisor and provide solution consultation.
- Engage with existing and potential customers to identify needs and propose solutions.
- Support qualification testing of recent products.
- Record customer issues and document resolutions.
- Identify opportunities for product and solution improvement.
- Provide feedback to R&D; and influence product requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of customers, competitors, and market solutions.
- Deliver remote and on-site technical support.
