Senior Application Developer – TypeScript, React/Vue & Microsoft

About the Role

Office Beacon is seeking a Senior Application Developer to design, develop, test, document, and maintain internal business applications, system integrations, APIs, workflow automations, and data solutions.

This is a senior-level hands-on development role for an experienced developer who can work independently with minimal oversight, translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions, and collaborate effectively with IT and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has strong professional experience with TypeScript and React or Vue , hands-on API and system integration experience, and familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem , including Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook .

The role also involves working with business applications, automation, data movement, reporting solutions, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

- Design, develop, test, and maintain internal business applications and technical solutions.
- Build and maintain up-to-date web applications using TypeScript and React or Vue .
- Translate approved business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and production-ready solutions.
- Develop reusable components and follow established coding and development standards.
- Troubleshoot application issues and implement appropriate technical solutions.
- Work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining visibility into progress, risks, and blockers.

API & Systems Integration

- Design, develop, and maintain REST API integrations between internal and external business systems.
- Build data exchange, transformation, validation, and automation workflows.
- Integrate business applications and services using appropriate APIs and authentication mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot API, integration, data, and application issues.
- Ensure reliable and controlled movement of data between systems.

Microsoft Ecosystem

- Develop and support solutions integrated with Microsoft technologies.
- Work with Microsoft Entra ID for application identity,



authentication, authorization, and access-control requirements.
- Work with Microsoft Azure services as required for application development, integration, automation, and deployment.
- Support integrations and workflows involving Microsoft Teams and Outlook .
- Apply Microsoft platform capabilities appropriately within business application solutions.

Business Applications, Automation & Data

- Develop and support workflow automations and business-process solutions.
- Support integrations across business systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Kantata, Navan, ADP, Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.
- Support data movement and transformation processes for operational and reporting requirements.
- Assist with dashboards, reporting solutions, semantic models, and recurring business metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve application reliability, automation, data quality, and operational efficiency.

Quality, Security & Governance

- Follow secure software development practices and established application-security standards.
- Implement appropriate authentication, authorization, and access-control practices.
- Protect application credentials and sensitive system information.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, issue remediation, release validation, and production-readiness activities.
- Follow established source-control, change-management, IT governance, and documentation processes.

Documentation & Collaboration

- Document technical designs, APIs, dependencies, implementation details, support procedures, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to understand requirements and technical constraints.
- Communicate technical decisions, project status, risks, and blockers clearly.




- Manage multiple technical priorities while maintaining quality and delivery commitments.

1. Required QualificationsNon-Negotiable Requirements

- Senior-level professional software/application development experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and take ownership of technical deliverables.
- Strong hands-on professional experience with TypeScript .
- Strong hands-on experience with React or Vue .
- Professional experience designing and consuming REST APIs .
- Hands-on experience with API and system integrations .
- Experience with data movement, data transformation, and integration workflows.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem , including:
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Outlook
- Strong troubleshooting, testing, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using Git or another source-control system .
- Understanding of secure software development, authentication, authorization, and access-control principles.
- Ability to translate business and technical requirements into working software solutions.
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing reliable, maintainable solutions.

- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform .
- Experience with SharePoint integrations or development.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI .
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central .
- Experience integrating enterprise SaaS/business applications.
- Experience with workflow and business-process automation.
- Experience with release management and production deployments.
- Experience with systems such as Kantata, Navan, ADP, or Jira .
- Experience developing automation scripts.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and data-quality practices.

Employment: Full time

Salary: ₹1,65,000–₹1,85,000 per month
