Manage end-to-end recruitment for international and global positions across the US, UK, EMEA, APAC, and Canada. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews and assessments, and manage the recruitment lifecycle through offer and onboarding. Build and maintain solid candidate pipelines, ensure timely closure of requisitions, track recruitment metrics and SLAs, and provide regular hiring updates.
Handle multiple international requisitions while maintaining a positive candidate experience and high-quality hiring standards. Support team management and recruitment operations, with Acting Team Lead or Team Lead experience preferred, while identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and efficiency.
