Mandatory Skills

IT Operations Centre experience in mid to enterprise-size environments

Advanced knowledge of SCOM & SolarWinds

Strong troubleshooting of network and server issues

ServiceNow ticketing and incident prioritization

Handling P1 and P2 incidents

Remote management and support protocols for data center operations

Troubleshooting and maintenance of Windows Server 2016, 2019 and 2021

Managing and patching Hyper-V Hosts and Virtual Machines

Security patching and system updates

ITIL V4 framework

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong collaboration with SME teams

Excellent skilled business email writing

CSI (Continual Service Improvement) mindset

Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor server and network performance using SCOM & SolarWinds

Provide L2 support for server and network-related issues





Own and resolve critical incidents and participate in Major Incident Management (MIM) calls

Analyze and prioritize alerts based on severity and impact

Work with SMEs across IT teams to resolve complex issues

Manage and support Hyper-V & VMware environments

Perform VM checkpoint creation/deletion, RAM/CPU additions and new data drive integration

Collaborate with engineering teams for network and firewall changes

Coordinate with vendors for server hardware component replacement

Troubleshoot common OS issues and escalate complex problems

Monitor and manage physical server estate health

Provide L1 support for Azure & AWS, including software troubleshooting and installation

Support scheduled maintenance activities and planned outages

Handle critical issue escalations through the on-call process

Perform Hyper-V host patching and VM migration

Create baselines following Microsoft patch releases

Perform management server patching

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
