R2R / US Accounting looking for immediate joiners /15 days /30 days
Job Location: Noida
Shift: US Shift Permanent Night Shift
Experience: Relevant experience in R2R / US Accounting
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle General Accounting and end-to-end R2R activities.
- Manage General Ledger (GL) accounting, journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial accounts.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and review financial reports in accordance with US GAAP.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure timely closure.
- Support audits and maintain compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with US-based stakeholders for accounting and reporting requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in R2R, General Accounting, and US Accounting.
- Good knowledge of US GAAP, General Ledger, Balance Sheet, Reconciliations, Journal Entries, Accruals, and Month-End Close.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Must be comfortable working in permanent US night shifts.
- Prior experience working with US clients/processes will be an added advantage.
