Key Responsibilities

Deep-dive into specific business processes and identify automation/AI opportunities

Engage with customers to understand current-state workflows and pain points

Map processes to AI, Agentic AI, analytics, and automation use cases

Support solution design with process-level insights

Work closely with domain experts and technical teams during pre-sales
