We are looking for a Survey Research / Project Management professional to join our Survey Team.

The role involves managing survey projects end-to-end, from understanding research objectives and designing questionnaires to programming coordination, data collection, quality checks, data processing, and final delivery.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of survey research, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work closely with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to deliver high-quality projects within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Survey Design & Implementation

- Create and structure survey questionnaires based on research objectives and client requirements.
- Implement survey logic, skip patterns, piping, quotas, validations, and termination criteria.
- Conduct detailed logical testing and quality checks before launching surveys.
- Troubleshoot and resolve survey-related issues during implementation and data collection.

2. Data Processing & Quality Management

- Manage data cleaning, coding, validation, and structuring.
- Identify and address duplicates, outliers, inconsistent responses, straight-lining, and other data-quality issues.
- Ensure datasets are accurate, clean, and analysis-ready.

3. Survey Project Management

- Manage survey projects from initiation to final data delivery.
- Track project timelines, milestones, quotas, response rates, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and as per requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and proactively address risks or delays.

4. Vendor Management





- Coordinate with external sample and data-collection vendors.
- Communicate project requirements, sample specifications, quotas, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Monitor vendor progress, response rates, and data quality throughout fieldwork.

5. Team & Client Management

- Coordinate with team members working across multiple survey projects.
- Allocate tasks, track progress, and review project deliverables.
- Manage day-to-day client communication, including project updates, requirements, timelines, and queries.
- Act as the key coordination point between clients, internal teams, programming/data teams, and external vendors.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of survey research and questionnaire design.
- Hands-on experience with survey logic, programming coordination, and survey testing.
- Positive understanding of data cleaning, validation, coding, and data structuring.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to coordinate and manage teams effectively.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data handling.
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on data quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Good to Have: Experience in data analysis, statistical analysis, modelling, Power BI, SPSS, R, Python, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Decipher, or similar tools.
