Role Overview

This is a senior specialist/TL role suited to an airline, travel agency or consolidator skilled with extensive experience in revenue integrity, airline ADM management and payment dispute resolution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for minimizing airline debit memo exposure, recovering chargebacks, identifying root causes of financial losses and implementing controls to protect company revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Airline Debit Memo (ADM) Management

- Manage all airline ADM disputes and correspondence.
- Review, analyse and challenge incorrect ADMs raised by airlines.
- Liaise directly with airlines, consolidators and BSP teams.
- Prepare and submit detailed ADM appeals within airline deadlines.
- Monitor ADM trends and identify training or process improvements.
- Reduce overall ADM value and frequency across the business.
- Ensure compliance with airline fare rules, ticketing procedures and BSP regulations.
- Work closely with ticketing,



groups and operations teams to prevent future debit memos.

Chargeback & Payment Disputes

- Manage the complete lifecycle of chargebacks and card disputes.
- Handle approximately 30+ chargeback cases per month.
- Defend chargebacks by compiling documentation and evidence.
- Liaise with acquiring banks, PSPs, Visa, Mastercard and Amex providers.
- Improve win rates and maximize revenue recovery.
- Investigate fraud-related disputes and recommend preventative measures.

Revenue Integrity & Controls

- Conduct audits on ticket issuance, exchanges, refunds and reissues.
- Identify revenue leakage opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to airline contractual requirements.
- Produce management reports highlighting ADM and chargeback trends.
- Develop SOPs and staff training programmes.
- Work with senior management to reduce financial risk exposure.
