We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team and work closely with AWS Professional Services (ProServe) on strategic customer engagements. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning solutions using AWS services while collaborating with AWS ProServe consultants to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

- Design and implement end-to-end ML solutions using AWS services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Q Business, Q Developer, etc.)
- Lead technical discussions with AWS ProServe teams and customer stakeholders
- Architect scalable ML pipelines and data processing workflows on AWS
- Develop and deploy generative AI applications using Amazon Bedrock and foundation models
- Implement MLOps best practices using AWS native tools and services

Customer Engagement

- Collaborate with AWS ProServe consultants on customer discovery and solution design
- Present technical solutions and recommendations to customer technical teams
- Conduct technical workshops and proof-of-concept demonstrations
- Provide technical mentorship to customer teams during implementation
- Support pre-sales activities with technical expertise and solution validation

Solution Development

- Build production-ready ML models and applications on AWS infrastructure
- Develop custom algorithms and optimize existing ML workflows
- Implement data engineering solutions using AWS Glue, EMR, and other data services
- Create automated testing and deployment pipelines for ML models
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance,



and performance requirements

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

- Work closely with AWS ProServe delivery teams on project execution
- Participate in technical reviews and architecture discussions
- Document best practices and reusable solution components
- Contribute to internal knowledge base and training materials
- Mentor junior team members and share technical expertise

Experience

- Hands-on experience in machine learning and data science
- Experience working with enterprise customers or consulting environments

Technical Skills (AWS Services, would consider competitive alternatives)

- AWS Services: SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, EC2, S3, Glue, EMR, QuickSight
- ML/AI Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers
- Programming Languages: Python (required), R, SQL, Java/Scala (preferred)
- Generative AI: Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures
- Data Engineering: ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, real-time streaming
- MLOps: CI/CD for ML, model versioning, monitoring, and deployment automation
- Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation/CDK)

AWS Certifications (Nice to have)

- AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional
- AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty
