Lead ML model development and deployment for NERTA platform.

Responsibilities

- You will own model lifecycle decisions - from experiment design through production monitoring - on analytics and document intelligence systems used by government and enterprise clients.

- Expect pairing with backend engineers on retrieval tuning, collaboration with compliance leads on model cards, and mentorship of junior ML engineers during sprint reviews.

Remote and hybrid policy

Most engineering roles support hybrid or remote work within India with periodic on-site workshops for government clients when required. We expect overlap with IST business hours for standups and stakeholder calls. Equipment and secure development environment setup guidance is provided on day one.
