- Configure & optimize Proof workflows
- Automate proof creation, upload, review & approval
- Version management & proof governance
- Improve stakeholder review cycles

Solution Architecture & Design:

Participate in discovery & requirement workshops

Analyze current-state processes and design future-state solutions

Prepare technical designs and implementation documentation

Apply Workfront governance and best practices

Assess scalability, maintainability & performance

Quality & Support:

Create and execute test plans

Support SIT, integration testing & UAT

Troubleshoot production issues

Resolve defects and process bottlenecks

Maintain technical documentation and handover materials

Required Skills:

✔ 10+ years of relevant technology experience with strong hands-on Adobe Workfront expertise

✔ Advanced Workfront Fusion experience

✔ Strong REST API & integration experience

✔ Experience with enterprise workflow automation

✔ Understanding of marketing operations / content workflows

✔ Strong troubleshooting and solution-design skills

✔ Comfortable working with business stakeholders and technical teams
