Role Overview The Senior Admission Counsellor/Team Lead is responsible for driving enrollments by counselling potential learners, conducting Video Counselling sessions, and converting qualified leads while consistently achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage & qualify assigned leads via calling and CRM inputs.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Conduct impactful Video Counselling sessions to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly KPIs & revenue numbers.
Eligibility
- 3+ years EdTech sales experience (Study Abroad preferred).
- Min 1 year of Team Lead experience.
- Minimum 1 year stability in previous organization.
- Graduation mandatory.
- Proven target achievement record.
- Comfortable working 6 days/week.
- Robust communication, persuasion & rapport-building skills.
