We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to lead our core financial, compliance, and accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations across multi-entity operations.
- Taxation & Compliance: Ensure timely calculation, filing, and reporting of GST, TDS, TCS, and Income Tax returns.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Audit Support: Coordinate internal and external financial audits; ensure documentation complies with statutory regulations.
- Cash Flow & Budgeting: Monitor daily cash flows, prepare budget variance reports, and assist senior management with financial planning.
- Software & Systems: Maintain accounting entries using Tally / Enterprise Accounting ERP systems.

Requirements





- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or equivalent qualification (CA Inter / Inter-CMA is a plus).
- Experience: 4–7+ years of hands-on experience in core accounting, taxation, and financial reporting—preferably in trading, real estate, retail, or multi-business group environments.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and online statutory filing portals (GST / Income Tax).
- Key Traits: Solid analytical skills, high accuracy in data management, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
