KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage complete day-to-day accounting operations in ERP/Tally.

- Handle project-wise cost tracking and job costing across multiple infra and interior project sites.

- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns and ensure other statutory compliance requirements are met.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and client reconciliations.

- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and monitor day-to-day cash flow.

- Coordinate with the purchase department for PO-to-invoice matching and cost control.

- Prepare MIS reports, project profitability statements and monthly financial summaries for management.

- Assist in finalization of accounts and coordinate with auditors during statutory/internal audits.

- Supervise and guide Junior Accounts Executive(s) on daily entries, ledgers and documentation.

- Liaise with banks on fund-related matters and related documentation as required.

- Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and proactive follow-up on dues.

- Maintain the fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / MBA (Finance) or related field.



Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within construction, infrastructure or interior/contracting industries.

- Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.

- Experience handling multi-project / multi-site accounting is preferred.

TECHNICAL & SOFTWARE SKILLS

- Robust proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime or a similar accounting ERP — mandatory.

- Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, cost sheets) — mandatory.

- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS and other statutory compliance requirements.

- Exposure to project/job-costing software or modules is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
