About the Role

Were looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant who can both lead day-to-day accounting execution and own the close process end-to-end. In this role, youll oversee Staff Accountants handling AR, AP, and bank/credit card reconciliations, while independently managing, monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.

What You'll Do

- Oversee Staff Accountants responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,
- Review bank and credit card reconciliations for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
- Manage general ledger accounting, including accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions
- Prepare and review balance sheet and P&L; reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, company policies, and internal controls
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis and own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close in accordance with US GAAP

What We're Looking For Education & Experience

- Masters/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.




- 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Hands-on experience working with US-based clients and strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Experience handling month-end close independently

Skills & Strengths

- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Proficiency with major accounting softwares (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
