Role Description The Senior Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing activities. This full-time, in office role in Chennai will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, support budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The individual will monitor accounts payable and receivable, analyze variances, and provide financial insights to support management decisions.

and help implement best practices to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in financial accounting, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.
- Candidates should possess skills in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and variance reporting.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to corporate finance.
