Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping &

- Accounting: Day-to-day transactions ko Tally ya kisi bhi accounting software mein accurately enter karna aur maintain karna. GST &
- Taxation: GST returns filing, TDS, aur income tax se jude sabhi kaam time par pura karna. Billing &
- Invoicing: Sales/Purchase invoices banana, e-way bills generate karna, aur statements maintain karna.

Bank Reconciliation: Bank statements ka regular reconciliation karna.

Accounts

Payable &

- Receivable: Party payments, follow-ups,



aur outstanding ledgers ka dhyan rakhna.

Financial Reporting: Management ke liye monthly/yearly profit & loss, balance sheet, aur cash flow reports taiyar karna.

Requirements &

Skills: Education: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com / MBA (Finance).

Experience: Minimum [X] years ka accounting ka practical anubhav (Export/Manufacturing background ko priority di jayegi).

Software Knowledge: busy21/ ERP , MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table) aur GST portal ki achi jankari honi chahiye.

Communication: Hindi aur English ki achi samajh (likhne aur bolne mein).
