About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced 3D Medical Animator with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in 3D animation and medical visualization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Autodesk Maya and Blender and the ability to create scientifically accurate, visually engaging 3D medical animations.

The candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality 3D medical and anatomical animations, translating complex medical concepts into clear and visually compelling content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3D medical and anatomical animations for medical, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and educational content.
- Develop accurate models of human anatomy, organs, tissues, cells, and medical procedures.
- Create realistic animations of biological and physiological processes.
- Work extensively with Autodesk Maya and Blender for modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, lighting, and rendering.
- Translate medical concepts, scripts, storyboards, and references into visually accurate 3D animations.
- Create camera animations, simulations, transitions, and visual effects where required.
- Ensure anatomical and scientific accuracy in all visual content.
- Collaborate with medical experts, creative teams, storyboard artists, designers, and project managers.
- Optimize 3D assets and scenes for high-quality rendering and efficient production.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions while maintaining quality and project timelines.
- Maintain organized project files, models, textures, rigs, and animation assets.

Required Skills

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in 3D animation, preferably in medical animation, scientific visualization, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Maya.




- Strong proficiency in Blender.
- Excellent knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, UV mapping, rigging, animation, lighting, and rendering.
- Good understanding of human anatomy and biological structures.
- Ability to create realistic and technically accurate medical visualizations.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, composition, camera movement, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with rendering engines and post-production workflows is preferred.
- Ability to understand technical/medical references and convert them into compelling visual content.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Degree/Diploma in 3D Animation, VFX, Medical Visualization, Multimedia, Design, or a related field.
- Experience working on medical animation, pharmaceutical videos, surgical animations, anatomy videos, or healthcare visualization.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine or other real-time 3D workflows is a plus.
- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating 3D animation and medical visualization work is highly preferred.
