We are inviting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Security Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

- Access Control: Monitor entrance points, verify visitor credentials, and issue guest passes.
- Patrol and Surveillance: Regularly patrol assigned areas and monitor CCTV feeds and alarms to detect suspicious behavior.
- Incident Response: Respond quickly to alarms, investigate disturbances, and de-escalate conflicts.
- Emergency Management: Assist in evacuations, coordinate with local law enforcement or medical responders, and provide first aid or CPR if necessary.
- Reporting: Document daily activities, security checks, and any incidents or rule violations through detailed reports.
- Training: Provide training to security personnel

Requirements:

- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and pass background checks.
- Soft Skills: Solid observational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to remain calm under pressure

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Education: Graduation or equivalent.

Note: Army background or similar experience candidate preferred. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
