- Supervise and manage security guards and security personnel during assigned shifts.

- Prepare and monitor daily duty rosters, shift schedules, and deployment plans.

- Ensure proper access control for employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.

- Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems and report any suspicious activity.

- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises.

- Ensure security guards follow company policies, procedures, and post orders.

- Maintain security registers, incident reports, visitor records, and other required documentation.

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in security supervision, preferably in a corporate, industrial, residential, retail, hotel, or commercial setting.

- Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays when required.

- age between 25-30 yrs

- Preferred: Graduate or relevant security qualification

- LOCAL CHENNAI CANDIDATES IS A MUST.

- English, Tamil and Hindi is preferred.

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
