Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, alert, and disciplined Security Guard to protect the company’s premises, employees, visitors, and property.

The Security

Guard will monitor access, conduct regular patrols, respond to incidents, and maintain a safe and secure workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and contractors.

- Verify identification and maintain visitor and vehicle records.

- Conduct regular patrols of the premises and check for security or safety issues.

- Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and other security systems where applicable.

- Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security incidents.

- Respond promptly to emergencies, suspicious activities, and security incidents.

- Maintain daily security logs, incident reports, and other required records.

- Ensure that company security procedures and regulations are followed.

- Report any unusual activity, damage,



hazards, or incidents to the supervisor.

- Assist during emergencies, evacuations, fire incidents, and other critical situations.

- Maintain professional and courteous behavior with employees, visitors, and customers.

- Perform other security-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Good observation and communication skills.

- Honest, trustworthy, disciplined, and punctual.

- Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately during emergencies.

- Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Security training/license/certification, if required by local regulations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
