About the Role

We are seeking experienced Security Administrators (L2 & L3) to join the IT Security team supporting a leading automobile organization based in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cybersecurity operations, infrastructure security, network protection, and incident response.

Responsibilities

- Administer and manage enterprise security infrastructure.
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents and threats.
- Manage and maintain firewall policies, VPN connectivity, and network security controls.
- Operate and optimize SIEM/SOC platforms for threat detection and incident management.
- Implement and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Configure and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) technologies.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation activities.
- Perform security hardening across servers, endpoints, network devices, and applications.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.




- Investigate security events and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance organizational security posture.

- Robust understanding of security frameworks and best practices.
