JOB TITLE: SECURITY GUARD – APARTMENT/SOCIETY : We are looking for a responsible, alert, and disciplined Security Guard for a residential apartment/society. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining safety and security, monitoring visitors and vehicles, and assisting residents when required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Monitor entry and exit of residents, visitors, staff, and delivery personnel.
- Verify visitors and maintain visitor entry records.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity.
- Manage vehicle entry, exit, and parking within the society.
- Conduct regular security rounds of the premises.
- Maintain daily security registers and shift reports.
- Assist residents and visitors with basic security-related queries.
- Ensure proper monitoring of gates and common areas.
- Respond to security emergencies and immediately inform society management.
- Follow all security rules, regulations, and instructions.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum qualification: 8th/10th pass.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic Hindi communication required.
- Must be alert, responsible, punctual, and physically fit.
- Previous security experience will be an advantage.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
